Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. Keep an eye out for when we offer international shipping.

How long will it take to get my mug?

Most orders arrive within 7–11 business days, depending on production and shipping. You'll receive tracking information once they're on their way!

Can I return or exchange my mug?

Because each mug is custom printed, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. But if it arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or refund—no worries. 💛

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Sadly, we can't change the shipping address once the order is shipped. If the order has not shipped, please get in touch with us. Please triple-check your info before checking out!

Do you offer custom or personalized mugs?

Not yet, but it's brewing! ☕ Stay tuned or join the email list to be the first to know when it's available. It will be sooner rather than later.

My mug arrived broken! Help!

Oh no! Please email a photo to hellofelicia@socialmedmedia.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send you a new one as soon as possible.
